  YES! The true of this matter is it do exit for real they not just for scaring.It doesn't exit b/4 as you said. But as man advances in knowledge we created many things that comes back to harm us, meaning to say they became hazard to us beyond our control. Especially military research in biological warfare. Pls stop living in the past do some research over this topic to update yourself.
