How dare do you have to compare India with Nigeria? this is an insult to my great NATION....NIGERIA,you need to go to India to see how people are suffering, CRIME/BRUTALITY/RAPE/KILLINGS/ABUSES  are the order of the day in India.....in fact this kind of beating will never happen in Nigeria, and if it happens , you will see somebody to come from no were and intervene and fight for the helpless lady....
