As long as the person did not shot  the police, police have no right to shot first, as a good police officer even if the suspect had a gun u will hav a strategy to catch him with the gun without shedding blood.

My brother men,Nija police scare pass chicken,nija police are defensive against defenseless peaceful citizen,this operational platform could just be simply underline as cowardice .Na only in nija I go see police man provocation without ignition,very scare to the marrow to observe the police rules of engagement.Dem no want to die ,but they kill at sight.My brethren just label dem a scary chicken.

He might not be an harmed robber, but he is not innocent to be moving at that time of the day on bike which has been banned in that city at that pertitular time. To me I feel he is a cultist

how are u sure he is not an arm robber ? to my own point , police can not possibly shot him for nothing . he most have make some dangerous suspected movement at that point which warrant police reaction! or could it have been better they shoot police or even kill d police. anyway :the only problem i have with police is that , they should learn how to shoot legs or hand. instead of killimg the person , shit
