for me, i think things for a man not to do on a first date are:
1. Belch, fart, pick your nose, spit, eat with your mouth open, and chew gum...dat's disgusting..  
2. Get drunk or so tipsy that you can't talk coherently or stand! Women need to be especially careful, as you need to be able to know that decisions you make at this time are the same as those you'd have made sober and by that I mean consenting to sex. Take responsibility for yourself and make sure you don't drink alcohol on an empty stomach, or mix your drinks.  
3. smoke.....
4. Eat garlic dat's just a bad breath signal....
5.Order messy food, like spaghetti bolognaise as nerves and alcohol combined could result in a very messy date.
6. forget to shave....hmn..u'll ve to regret it..probably l8er dat's dirtiness....
7. be cautious. cos sex is a no no.
8. dnt think of proposing marriage....on ur first date..we will knw its ur fav. best line of rap..no girls will even w8.
9. talking abut ur exes / obsession, it shows u vnt moved on....dat doesn't make u a complete man
10. taking ur kids wiv u nd talking abut them...wat impression are u trying to create
11. moaning abut things....date is meant to be fun not to listen to ur problems..
12. Lateness...dat's not acceptable...dat's a bad start...u'll be out of d way by then...dang!
13. being too desperate nd talking abut ur life story...gosh i dnt want to listen to dat
14. Tell them you love them - argggggggghhh, need I say more on that one?
15. Complain about the bill. Make sure you know where you are going in advance and prepare accordingly.
16. go out wiv a dirty clothes...we dnt need advertisement dat u ve just eaten..so u need to look attractive
17. flirting wiv a waiteress...we already knw u re gdlooking dat's y we accept ur date..dnt try to be attention seeker!
18.4get to ensure ur date get a home safely...be a gentleman nd escort her to her door/ get a cab..it shows courtesy!! dntt try to suggest get a bus...dang! like u belittle urself
19.  talking nd not allowing me to talk.....
20.  cancelling a date at the last minute or even stood her up...dat's out of order. ...imagine!!
