Man, 73, arrested for defiling boy

 The Jigawa State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) yesterday arrested a 73-year-old man, Ibrahim Hassan, while allegedly  defiling a seven year old boy in a bush in Bigidan town of Birnin-Kudud Local Government Area of the state.

 Addressing newsmen, Commandant of NSCDC in the state, Muhammad Gidado, said his men monitored the movement of the suspect for nine days before they caught him in the act, adding that the suspect admitted that he has been sleeping with little boys for some years.
 
The boy, according to the commandant, confessed that this is the fourth time the old man is sleeping with him. Gidado said a medical examination would be conducted to ascertain the condition of the boy.
