This is a clear case of the agreement with the dreaded Boko Haram sect by the Jonathan's administration.  Remember Dr. Faseun of the OPC group highlighted this as a condition for stopping the activities of the dangerous sect.

I KNOW THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN. THE OBJ GOVERNMENT CAN NOT PROVE A THING, AND THEY KEPT HIM A JAIL. SENTIMENTS ASIDE, A WITCH CRIED AT NIGHT, A CHILD DIED IN THE MORNING DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE WITCH KILLED THE CHILD. I KNOW THAT THIS WILL GO THE WAY OF SAVANNA BANK CASE. NO PROOF. NOTHING. PEOPLE LIKE OBJ SHOULD BE TOLD THAT NAIJA IS NOT USA WHERE TERROR SUSPECTS WOULD BE LOCKED UP AND THE KEY THROWN AWAY WITHOUT TAKING THEM TO ANY COURT.
