Letter writing? The problem in that regard is understated by ASUU here. Most of us commenting on this thread cannot write good letters. That much seems pretty obvious. I have come across Nigerian Ph.D holders who can't write sensible letters. Most of the literate Nigerians cannot adequately observe the technicalities involved in letter writing. Period.
