Are you sure, you are not are not of those graduates with "very poor English"?.... Just thinking because that  word 'meant' used in that sentence of yours portrays you as one....  The word should be 'met' and not 'meant'

Letter writing? The problem in that regard is understated by ASUU here. Most of us commenting on this thread cannot write good letters. That much seems pretty obvious. I have come across Nigerian Ph.D holders who can't write sensible letters. Most of the literate Nigerians cannot adequately observe the technicalities involved in letter writing. Period.
