You cannot argue with someone else's culture however much you try to keep in line with such organisations - like Save the Children.

The Moslem population in MOST countries, especially in Africa and Middle East, marry what some parts of the world consider to be under aged?

Likewise we have states in Nigeria that will never give up female circumcision or what others would term - female mutilation!  

We can only hope one day with evidence to show that some parts of various cultures or traditions need revising  and complete overhaul.
