Malawian President, Her Excellency Joyce Banda, was named by Forbes as 71st most powerful woman in the world in 2012 and named 47th in 2013...she is the most powerful woman in Africa.
Recently, the Malawian President was reportedly seen kneeling down to greet her fellow African President, Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania during an official function.
Joyce Banda was said to have claimed that she is a custodian of Malawian culture which allows Malawian women to kneel down when greeting men as sign of respect.

did Obama not bow down to greet the king of Saudi Arabia? it's called respect, Mr.Frank Odili. moreover, those are not white men. Just because your wife sit on the chair to greet you does not mean others should do so. In your haste to criticize, you couldn't see beyond your nose
