there are mistakes my dear, don't just ban a word for it's misuse -where will you put the mistakes of Adam and Eve? even the Hooly books affirmed that.
it's true that the girl enjoyed it without our presence but being one or the other religion devotee we don't term God's designations as mistakes
so there you go, i know you want to ask me how we then express such designation's of God.
according to islamic teachings, such acts of ours that led to mistakes is what we have to call mistakes not God's act because it's we who made the mistake not God, it's only in God's knowledge that it will come to be.

cos her/his intention wasnt dat of becoming pregnant after d act...
