A very insensitive description of the carnival.

It is not an opportunity for girls to show their backsides. Very typical Nigerian comment by someone who thinks they have all the answers. I have wstched plenty of Nigeria traditional dances and their cultursl attire does not hide much. Before colonialism they used to dance naked. And men went on to chose wives from the dancers. This only  stoppef some years back. So check your own people before you condemn others!
