2 things are not clear here: are they really just trying to say they turned a whole aircraft around because of an important personality, and then using weather as a cover up here?. the secong thing is, since the passengers did not get the service they paid for, they should be either refunded their money or they should be given free plane tickets to take the next available flight to calabar, which was supposed to be their destination in the first place. They don't expect these people to just let it go like that.
