DYSMENORRHEA : A WOMAN'S WORLD !!

ok ladies ... y'all know what I'm talking about ... its dysmenorrhea or menstrual cramps as most of us know it ... I just wanted to find out if there are girls on here who get this ... what do you do to relieve your pain ... ?? ... what does yours feel like ?? ... do you get mood swings, nauseous, diarrhea ?? ... and if there was one wish you could make about it ... what would it be ?? ... and if you don't get it how do you feel when you see others who have it writhing in pain ??


I know menstruation is a normal thing... but most of y'all who get this nasty cramps know that there's absolutely nothing normal about them.... I often wonder why women have to go through this ... I mean we have labor pains to worry about ... and then this too ?? ... most times when mine comes around ... I just vomit and stool and I get awfully weak. I'd always take my bath with the temp control of the shower turned to the hottest setting( of course I get burnt). I always yell at God for making me go through that pain and often times have even opted for a sex change (lol) ... its so unbearable ... I have passed out once ... yeah ... the pain was that bad ... I haven't been to see gynecologist yet ... I must though ... For the pain, I just keep popping Advil into my mouth until the pains subsides ... I get hot packs and place them on ma lower abdomen and lower back ... and I scald myself alot .. but I don't care as long as I get rid of the pain ... when all that stuff doesn't work ... I just curl up into a ball and wish for death ... If there was one wish I could make about this ... I'd wish women never had to ever go through this !!

Imma gonna tag this ~ ~ ~ for women~ ~ ~  Perhaps!  in addtion. . . The Women system was built & subjected to that. . .  I feel for them though, but there's nothing one can do to that

Girl, i have horrible pain too but mine is always just on the first day, now i tried like three prescription medication and nothing but midol worked, yep , midol. i don't use hot packs(its what d doctor recommended but it causes me more pain, so no), coz my pain is like a hot feeling inside my belly and a hand pulling and squeezing my intestines so i have a bucket of ice by the bed and towels, i just use that(ice packs never do it 4 me 4 some reason). i drink herbal green tea and curl up in a ball in my bed in my room coz i swear if anybody dares to tell me sorry, somebody is going to die. An advice try laying off sweet stuff like a 4 or 5 day b4 u get ur period, it helped me alot. Sorry,i av accepted and learned to live with mine hope u do too babes,lol.
