Fajemisin is facing a three-count charge offence bordering on fraud and had pleaded not guilty to the charge.
According to the charge, the offence contravened Sections 1(1) (a) and 1(3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act No. 14 of 2006.
The EFCC counsel, Mr A. M Yusuf, asked the court for an adjourned date to enable him produce evidence, to which the defence counsel, Mr. Lanre Lawan, did not object.
The presiding judge, Justice Aishat Opesanwo, adjourned the case to December 11 and 12.
