Thats the beauty of the black peoples skin.

We age beautufully - skin wise.

It could be because our mothers begin moisturising our skin with oil the moment we pop out of the womb.

We are not into all these expensive creams that claim to do this and that but instead make your skin end up like sandpaper!

We also eat a lot of fresh food - however much the world laughs at how littke our food is. We are happy in our own way.

It is only in the last 20 years that we have started craving what the rest of the world has - through the internet and travel - and so we are "spoiling" ourselves with unecessary things.

Kate Henshaw - you look wonderful. Continuing looking after yourself.
