The First Lady of America, Michelle Obama, is definitely one free spirited lady.

No matter who you are, eating healthy can make you do anything, even dunk on the NBA’s best player, LeBron James. And First Lady Michelle Obama showed just that.

Last week, in honor of winning the 2013 NBA championship, the Miami Heat were honored at the White House, and while there, they also shot a video for Mrs. Obama’s “Let’s Move” movement.

In the video, the President's wife is seen acting playfully in the background before she slam dunks a mini basketball and taunting the camera.
