I am BOLDLY, CLEARLY AND LOUDLY stating that anyone who thinks or says that the Nigerian government shouldn't apologize to the Kuti family for the evil It has done irrespective of whom the president may be even though he is from the Kuti family, is clearly been stupid for not understanding the basics of government or perhaps a fool for knowing the truth and ignoring what is right. This is one of the major problems killing us in this country. Accepting the so called award without apology will ruin all what Fela stood for and the reputation of his family to, also it will make greater awards they have earned internationally which have greater virtue than that which our today opaque and corrupt Nigeria has to offer irrelevant. So which side are you on ? YOUR CALL...

Anyway if you should be schooled in this then read carefully. The Nigerian government agreed that its own so called and hell fire destined unknown soldier killed Fela's innocent mother, so forgetget about what you think and take the truth. If Femi Kuti should be the president, he still needs to apologize to the Kuti family on behalf of the nation found guilty with respect to this. Every one knows the truth, soldiers were sent by the military government (still Nigerian government) to kill an innocent woman. Nigeria kills robbers and murderers and if Nigeria was a human being, the punishment for such crime is death. Nigerian government should swallow the shit they did and apologize, don't be dumb my nigga, its not about tribe as most poor oriented folks think here, its about the truth, what is right and heal the nation as a whole. A whole lot of innocent citizens have been hurt by our government either individually or collectively and healing starts from somewhere. If we ignore this, then we may as well ignore the rest and our Nigeria will never change so then you will continue your impossible dreams of all relocating to the us for comfort. We must create a pleasing Nigeria for ourselves by addressing issues like this properly so it does not happen again.
