F=MA
  where M is mass in Kg
             A is acceleration due to gravity m/seconds squared
F[force] is the same thing a weight
      the Unit of force is N[Newton]
       cuz
Kg times m/second squared.....equals to a Newton

N e ways lets 4get abt it...if u r doubtin check the net
and by the way..when u climb onto a scale, u r measuring ur Mass[kg]
so if u want to get ur weight..u multiply the value of ur mass by 9.81
