i think you guys that are talking rubish about the governor should have a little bit respect.how can a governor come by 12pm to wait for the event to start,and mind you guys by saying  African time we are too lazy to do the right thing ,only to adjust in late coming everytime.then we say African time do Africa have time?

Gov. r not the one to open the ceremony, he went there just to show his face and give what he has but unfortunately the host was not there despite his late coming, no one should blame him but to blame the host for not keeping his time... We should learn how to make different in every aspect much especially time is important... If u invite me i keep my time and u don't keep ur's, i wont wait for so long, 30mins is enough to wait..
