Former governor of Bayelsa state, Diepreye Alameiyeseigha, looks set to run for a senatorial post in the 2015 elections.

Campaign pictures for Alameiyeseigha appeared on the Internet.

This is certainly a shocking development, as Alameiyeseigha was imprisoned for corruption and is regarded as one of the most corrupt public officials ever.
