It does cos certin chemicals are released in Ur body during and after the act that give U a sense of well-being. So to say its a natural high and like all substances that high us should not be abused.

3. Have a mind of Ur own. Get close to God. Keep good and few friends. Have a plan and work with it. Preoccupy Ursefl with positive exercises. Always have work for Ur mind and Ur hands.

4.No. Communication usually is. Sex is overrated until U get married then U discover so. Even if U love sex a lot, U'l still find out "it's not everything."
