On Gani's death, the nation has once again lost a great personality, a rare gem, an outstanding lawyer and human right advocator..... oh death where at thy sting. May his soul rest in perfect peace and for those of us still alive lets remember that some day, we have to answer this clarion call to meet with our maker.

His death due to cancer is a natural death. However, he has left a vacum that cannot be filled by any Nigerian of today. He is an other centered person while nigerian of today are self centered. we missed him greately.may his soul rest in peace.

Many people eulogizing Gani now were sitting on the fence when the struggle was going on. Heros can not emerge without suppoters. A hero is he who fought and won. Gani fougth but he did not win. Nigerian judiciary is still a big mess. A place where cases are intensionally made to linger till the parties are dead. Nigerian Government is still a secret cult where there is nothing for those who does not belong. May his soul rest in peace. Amen
