Very painful.  Will probably cry for a while.  Look for the man to talk to him.  Mourn the loss of the relationship and the abandonment.  Pray a lot for strength.

Try to hang around families and friends.  Get counselling.  Curse the day the culprit was born.  After all is said and done, I must move on with my life.  Most important of all, thank God for removing the creep out of my life.
