When one is at home, the kind of domestic work or what she or he is handling as at that moment may determined the kind of dressing she or he might put on to suit the condition. We dont talk about when one is at home, say without home or if you wish for.

Dressing is considered indecent when it does not suit the occasion (eg swimming suit to an official meeting or event) or when it reveals parts of the body considered private.

Women tend to be more guilty of this offence - the offence of revealing private body parts to public view. (No prejudice intended)
