I Am A Shy Person, But I Don’t Joke With My Woman -- Actor Ali Nuhu

Nollywood and Kannywood actor, Ali Nuhu, has explain that his personality on screen is the same in reality and the other side of him is that, he is actually a fun to be person but shy.

According to the Glo telecommunication ambassador, the real Ali Nuhu cares so much about his wife and is very romantic.

“There is no difference between the Ali Nuhu on screen and in real life; I am a very lively and fun to be person, very reserved and I don’t bite more than what I can chew. The real Ali Nuhu cares so much about his wife and I am very romantic even though I might be shy at times but sincerely I don’t joke with my woman,’ he noted.

In the year 1999 he entered the Hausa Movie Industry where he got a break with a movie titled “ABIN SIRRI NE” after that came other blockbusters like DIJANGALA, DANADAM BUTULU, WASILA, SANGAYA, MUJADALA etc which re established him as a force to reckon with in the Hausa Movie Industry (KANNYWOOD) where he is now a house hold name.

As the most celebrated Hausa Actor ever, ALI NUHU recently ventured into Nollywood with the Amstel Malta sponsored movie SITANDA which became such a huge success and earned him Africa’s most prestigious award, ‘The African Movie Academy Award’ (AMAA). Presently he is one of the most sought after Actors in Nollywood with about 30 unreleased movies to his credit.

Recently, the actor won an award at the 2014 City People Awards held in Lagos for Best Actor of the Year along with other stars in the make-believe industry.

Presently ALI NUHU has 200 Hausa and 35 English movies to his credit and has featured in two widely acclaimed TV Series namely “WETIN DEY” and “FINDING AISHA.”
