A popular police inspector attached to Apapa Lagos division, Danjuma Daniel has passed on.
He died last Thursday afternoon following a fall from the balcony of his apartment during an argument with his wife, Mrs Ada Danjuma.
According to residents of Ijeh Police Barrack in Obalende, the deceased and his wife of many years got into a physical fight and fell from the balcony of their 2-storey building apartment.
The inspector reportedly hit his head on the rock and was pronounced dead at the hospital while his wife survived.
Before the domestic violence, the couple had lived in the same apartment for 10 years
Ada Danjuma, a trader in a nearby market, was discharged from the hospital on Saturday morning while Inspector Danjuma’s corpse was deposited in the mortuary.
