What's the help of sex in a relationship and
 what's the effect of sex in a relationship

I do not think there is any help than it destroys any good relationship in time. But some people thought it is the real thing at the starting point of a relationship. Late Pastor Binbo make me to understand that love is a process. sex should not start any relationaship.

Different strokes for different folks. When a relationship is properly defined, there won't be problems of sex. Meaning; lf you’re having a platonic relationship with a boy  and you as a lady made it known to him right from the on set. The activities of sex are never done. The both person knows that pretty well and won't mount pressure for sex. Most often the relationship crumbles, because the guy might not control his segxwal urge at all time. Depending on how intimate you are with him.
