Aside that Blessing has been living in US since she was like 12 or so, she is also the fastest runner in the world (female-wise), how dare they disrespect the entire black race by refusing her wife husband a visa to follow her to USA, do they know that was part of the wedding self? But seriously jokes apart, I find it exasperating on so many levels, turning down visa request of her husband, Imagine it was Usain Bolt's wife? #Justsaying
According to Vanguard, Okagbare and her footballer husband, planned to travel to Los Angeles where the double sprint 2014 Commonwealth Games gold medallist is based. But Otegheri was denied a visa, something that left Okagbare distraught and confused. Okagbare trains with American coach, John Smith in Los Angles and was hoping that her husband who won four caps with the Super Eagles will be around at her weakest moments.

Have you try to find out their reason? or just because your a sprinter gold medalist winner and anybody that connected to you will just obtain express US visa? you just told us that they refused your hubby a visa but you fail to tell us their reason. you should know better that US have a very strong policy to give out visa.

Living in the US since age 12 means nothing....is she a citizen? Sending LA residencey permit means nothing to them .....she should learn about the process before running to the media and making a fool of herself.

You just said my mind. Americans are the best when it comes to visa issuance. Once you are qualified, you will be issued with a visa. The fact the she is a residence permit holder does not guarantee her husband an automatic visa. There processes for immigrant visa. She should work on the reason for the rejection through a lawyer and see what can be done

Reason or no reason, they cannot deny her! Really we should be thinking of serious sactions against USA if this is our they will treat our stars!
