BREAKING NEWS! Bomb Exploded Near President Jonathan Rally In Gombe

Five persons have been confirmed killed while several others were wounded when a car bomb exploded in Gombe, just minutes after President Goodluck Jonathan left a party rally nearby.

The bomb exploded around 200 metres from the stadium in the city of Gombe, killing bystanders.

It was gathered from reliable sources that the Monday afternoon attack which was executed by a female suicide
bomber immediately killed five women, including the bomber, while eight others who got injured in the suicide mission were immediately rushed to hospital for medical attention.

The blast occurred at Abubakar Habu Hashidu Road, about 200 meters from the Pantami stadium, venue of President Jonathan’s campaign in Gombe state .

According to reports, another bomb which was planted in a stationed tricycle, went off just minutes after president Jonathan and his team left the venue of the campaign making it a twin attack, Five people have already been confirmed dead
