gals, do u encounter mood swing during ur menstruation? i do and its so bad. i get piss with just anybody.usually i had it 1 weeks before my period. i can get upset over nothing. and sometimes cried! when i look back i realized how silly it is. it is so exhausting lol.. but seriously i cant help it. do u have any idea how to reduce this? do i have to take pills?
