How do I make her understand better?

 ???She love me despirately but look at me here taking some physical feats into consideration and it's pissing her off like i'm killing her hardly. she's too big for my choice of a lady though she's kind, loving, caringn and wifey. i would have play along with her but i just want to hurt her worse for i'm already hurting her bad for not taking her feelings seriously.
yes i need a relationship but with someone i will eventually get married to and not someone i'll take for a ride and dump alon the way cos i'm too ripe for a home now and i value the look of my woman for it's a life contract. how do i make her understand better? please drop a comment

if tas the case try in floggin her.. wen ever she comes close to u.... always keep those koboko tat they use for mad ppl in ur bag and pocket... if she still comes flog her a stroke and i assure u she will never in her life come to u....

Just straight up tell her.  It's gonna hurt but there is nothing you can do that won't, given your feelings towards her.  Man up and be fair, guy.
