I think you had a great dinner. I couldn't observe in your photos the salad you've made, and it looks really good. I don't know if you use a salad chopper for this one but it looks like it. I am a perfectionist by nature, and I like even my vegetables and other ingredients to look good in a salad and for this I bought a salad chopper, cutting everything by hand is fun and everything, but this method, with the chopper is easier and faster than the traditional method. Also, a big plus of it is the fact that it can be easily cleaned up because of its special surface.
