Can't believe the comments am getting from ya'll. Did you all read the post to finish or you already made up your mind to attack GMB just cos u heard he was asking for "tip"?. The "tip" they re talking 'bout is  an intensive and comprehensive explaination of how and where they(present administration) reached in different ministries of the federation and governance,hence the "TRANSITION COMMITTEE". It's a must in every hand-over of administration,not to talk of an entity as vast as nigeria. You must balance the sheets. You can't just drop everything and go.
