It may come as a surprise but the Okoye brothers has revealed that they have not entered any church for good 8 years. They also claim that their refusal to go to church did not affect their close relationship to God., they said thus:

''Each time we attend, other worshipers would not listen to the Pastor’s sermon again. All eyes will just be on us. Instead of praying, some people will even decide to be starring at us. We were not comfortable with that and thought we were distracting a lot of people from serving their God, so we said to ourselves that we should stop going. All men are equal before God, so we don’t encourage people to abandon their primary purpose of being in church because of us.

this is the worst decision have ever heard if u can only stop going to different churches but attend only one the members would be use to it and would stop looking at u

Going to Church is to seek the face of GOD, not human beings. you ought to go to Church, It is an obligation of every christian and the Bible says< Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by preaching the Word of God> Your presence in a church might even draw so many souls to God. So your reason for not going to church is out of it.

Yes, people may get distracted the very first time or even first few weeks when you start going to a church, however once the continue to attend they will get used to you coming to the church and you will just be normal.
