I masturbate and i know most guys out there do too.. and i have always wanted to ask a question bout this exercise called masturbation. Is it harmful to someone who regularly masturbate? Say everyday, or twice a day or even trice a day.. What picture shld a  masturbating man have in mind while in the act?
I also wanna know the kind of toys [sex] men could use for masturbation too. So guys say that using soap and water is a sure way to masturbate. But i think that would be harmful to the person b/c leather might enter into the prick and that is very painful.

I would like u guys or ladies out there to contribute on this topic pls...

use a pornographic pictures to masturbate and also body cream , it works very well . there is no side effect for it . people masturbate daily

Masturbation is a bad & degrading habit that lowers the generative power of the human body. If you're presently into it, pray to God to strengthen you to fight against it. Then you make up your mind to resist this act. Its okay to make love with the one you love & who equally loves you back in return, but resist the thought & act of masturbation with all the strength you've got!
