Once you are telling the truth - let the people you DO NOT KNOW - believe whatever thy want to.

Even if you were to present your BIRTH CERTIFICTE - they will still question it.

Its a Nigeria thing. So many people give mutiple birthdates it is DIFFICULT to ascertin what is the truth and what is not.

It boils down to poor record keeping. Afterall, the rgistration of births in Nigeria is still in its infancy stages.

With bribe in hand, you can quote any date for staff when registering the birthdate of a son/daughter or even your own. Its alarming but true!!!!!
