A book  called  A New Earth said it all
(1) NO JUDGMENT...how about if the car does not burn and you were in hold up at ojuelegba and container feel on top,never say this is bad or this is good
(2) NO ATTACHMENT... if you attached too much to anything if suddenly taking away from you ,will make you pain,never attached too much to material things of life.
(3)  NO RESISTANCE...there are two type of problem in life,there is solvable problem and insolvable problem,the only way to solve an insolvable problem  is by accepting and not resist,when it get to apex it will drop and solve itself
