Its not about sex. Its about lack of care for her man. If I understand the man, his wife has committed abortion twice for another man. That is infidelity! But again as a legal practitioner, I will question to know how he knew about it and who told him the pregnancy was not his. Bottom line, I will grant his wish for lack of care and infidelity on his wife part.
