In the first, Why should they be allowed to go for Hajj when they are at the same time serving their fathers land(NYSC)?

If any thing happens to them, the NYSC must be responsible for it. They are under their custody for NYSC and not for Hajj.

How come Corps members are going for Hajj during service year? Dis is somehow outrageous. Thought NYSC is always frown @ corps members who travel outside the states thay are posted to during tho one-year-calendar service year?
