I was around there dis morning wen I heard an Ambulance siren blurring. Though nepa brought light around 5am. Maybe dats wen dat electric spark. Its so irritating to read news of PHCN havoc in homes killing pple cus of their carelessness. May d souls of dis children rest in peace. Amen .........
