PHOTO: Two Teenagers Arrested Over Rape Of Indian Infants

The rape of two children in India’s capital has sparked considerable outrage. Two children, aged 5 and 2 were raped yesterday just a week after a 4 year old girl was raped.

Indian police have arrested two 17 year old boys in connection with the crime. Earlier reports also confirm that three men were also detained and questioned in connection with the rape of the 5 year old girl.

Despite India’s stringent rape laws, a large population of Indians believe that the Police are not doing enough to prevent incidents of rape.
