Nigeria should create the atmosphere to motivate our engineer to be productive. Nigeria has more than 10,000 automotive engineers all over the world; but they are scared to come home because of poor govt support and security problems in our country. The Nigerian Engineers in Diaspora may be willing to come home or give their support if the atmosphere is conducive; they are producing automobile all over the world.
