A Federal High Court in Lagos has struck out a suit by Senate President Bukola Saraki, trying to stop his arrest, prosecution and trial at the Code of Conduct tribunal in Abuja. The presiding judge, Justice Ibrahim Buba held that the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the application. Saraki is standing trial for alleged false asset declaration while he was governor of Kwara state.

This saraki case is already a sealed one. No matter how he tries to appeal, it will be rejected because it has already be concluded by those at the top.
