I think people should read and understand before commenting, the apex court did not stop or cancel the trial, it only suspended the trail until they decide Saraki's appeal. they may grant his request in which case the trial will be stopped, they may otherwise throw out his request in which case the trial at the CCT will continue. the reason for suspension is that it will be wrong to jail him before the apex court decides if he is been prosecuted fairly. Take note people.
