When you are in Rome, you have to behave like the Romans. If the company says they don't want braids as hairstyle cos it's going to affect their business relations, then there's nothing you can do. It's either u loosen them or you take a walk, don't start tarnishing their image becos they let you know that it's not their policy to keep braids

If you want to get into the military, you are not allowed to keep beards. That is their policy and nobody can do anything about it. And so does every other organization.

Rules are rules ma'am. I have seen white folks being turn down because of Mohawk, tattoos, too much make up etc. I don't see any racism. Carry ya braids go.
