The old grandpa should be made to pay for serious damages on that little girl, i blame the girl the again becos she shd have ran away, when the grandpa approached her the first time, since she has starting running from her uncle she shd have continued running until she gets a better place. I think the best place she shd have gone for help is in her church or anyother church where Jesus Christ is trully preached.

But for the stealing the little girl shd be investigated very well.
