The election of the former governor of Akwa Ibom state and the Senate minority leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio, has been upheld by the Federal Court of Appeal contrary to earlier  reports that it was nullified.
Before the court sitting, reports had made the rounds this morning that Akpabio was thrown out of the Senate because of what the court described as
Quote
"violations to the Electoral Act during the senatorial election between Mr Akpabio and the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate Inibehe Okori."

Meanwhile, popular online news platform, SaharaReporters who first broke the news of the sacking of the former governor, have apologized for their wrong and unverified report. Check on it below;

But how can one post a News to the public without confirming? That is why most Jornalist are behind the bars after being tried. Stop feeding the public with fake News less you'll cause riot in some communities and state's.
