That statement can only come from a murderer and happy about it. I am used to appreciating  his intelligence once I heard him speak. I never new he could be this callous. The civil service is any Governor's first priority and first constituency. Any Government that neglects its civil service, no matter its achievements, is a failure. In any state, especially one like Imo State which is a civil service state, it is difficult to fine somebody who is not connected to a civil servant. Then Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Ameachi, told his workers that leave bonus is not a right but a privilege now they have added salary. I simply hope that this virus will not spread, Remain in Imo state. An advise for him is for him to love his staff.

Hmmmm speechless. This man well at all? Send him to psychiatric to ascertain his level of sanity cos I think he is not okay. May God help Imo state.
