The United Arab Emirates has appointed a 22-year-old to a ministerial post overseeing youth affairs in a Cabinet shake-up designed to inject fresh thinking into the oil-rich country's government.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced his new Cabinet in a series of Twitter posts Wednesday evening.
Oxford University master's degree holder Shamma al-Mazrui was named minister of state for youth affairs, one of seven women named to ministerial posts.

Hmmm,that's nice,very soon,nigeria go adopt the method come 2020,president-40yrs of old,governors,3O yrs of old,while minister,senates&honourable members will be 20 to 25yrs of age.not all this missing certificate presidents.Rubbish.
